1. Nature of Services
Mere Consulting provides digital consulting services, including strategy sessions, advisory support, and business guidance. Due to the intangible and time-based nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- A written request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase, and
- No consulting session has been scheduled or delivered
If both conditions are met, a full refund may be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After a consulting session has been conducted (partially or fully)
- If work has already commenced on your project or deliverables
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show)
- Change of mind after services have begun
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not aligned with agreed deliverables
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Mere Consulting
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver a scheduled service, clients will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly at [your email address] to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and future restrictions.
7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
